Contact us to arrange your FREE trial - a 30 minute session designed to introduce you to some basic movements and style of a CrossFit workout. Free Trial is every Saturday, 930am. Classes subjected to changes so reservations are highly recommended.
New members are then required to complete our Compulsory
Fundamentals Course. Fundamentals happen every Saturday from 10 am and run for 1.5-2 hours long course to ensure a basic level of movement is met before joining our scheduled classes.
Reservations are highly recommended!
After you have successfully completed your Fundamentals course you are free to become a member and take part in our regular scheduled classes!
