Now you know what CrossFit is, getting started is easy. Follow the next 3 steps and get booked in to join us.
Contact us to arrange your FREE trial - a 30 minute session designed to introduce you to some basic movements and style of a CrossFit workout. Our free trial sessions run at 10am every other Saturday morning.
New members are then required to complete our Compulsory
Fundamentals Course. Fundamentals run from 10:00am to 12:00pm every other Saturday and is a two hour comprehensive course to ensure a basic level of movement is met before joining our scheduled classes.
After you have successfully completed your Fundamentals course you are free to become a member and take part in our regular scheduled classes!
